Stockings have always been one of my favorite parts about Christmas morning. In my house, my brothers and I scurry into my Mom’s room where she and our stockings await us. What I love about stockings is that they aren’t generally filled with what one might call “necessities”, but they are filled with trinkets and treasures that are not only unexpected but add bits of joy to my daily life.
