Local Jaunt: Catbird

It’s been awhile since I’ve done a Local Jaunt (I’ve been busy!), but I’m excited to share one my favorite stores in Brooklyn with you today.
In perhaps one of the tiniest shops on Bedford Avenue sits Catbird, a jewelry lover and trinkets and treasures obsessor’s mecca featuring everything from the delicate stackable gold rings I wear everyday to baubles for the home like the chalkboard globe pictured below. Though the place is impossibly small and often crowded, I can’t help but go in on a weekly basis to scope out all the new goodies they have in store as well as lust after the ones I still haven’t pulled the trigger on buying. Living two blocks away from my own personal mecca doesn’t help either. But good news for those of you who do not live in Brooklyn or any of the four other boroughs: Catbird has an online shop with just about everything they have stocked in the store! I’m partial to the threadbare rings, but my finger’s heart is currently set on this moon ring.
Now go spend your Wednesday shopping at Catbird!

I LOVE Catbird–I’ve shopped online there several times (I’m obsessed with their delicate gold rings) but I’ve never actually made it to the store. I see a day trip in my future!
Cute pics and I love your nails :). http://www.natalyascloset.com/
