What is it about the holidays that make me so tired?! Christmas day was beyond relaxing this year and yet I still feel like I could sleep for a hundred years. So in between my naps and excessive snacking I’ve been browsing through flickr in search of a new flickr favorite. Just as I was beginning to doze off I stumbled upon Mädchen, a flickr stream by Nicki, a photographer from Germany who now lives in the Netherlands.

Using a Nikon FE and a mix of 50 and 28 mm film, Nicki snaps colorful photos of charming little still lives, landscapes, and things she sees and experiences in her everyday life. These are just the kind of cute scenic shots that I’d love to hang around my apartment.
