FAQ

I get giddy every time I receive an email with a question about my blog, but truth be told, sometimes I don’t always have the time to respond to every question. So, I put together a little list of the most frequently asked questions to make both of our lives easier! But, if you have a question that isn’t featured below, feel free to ask away!

——————————-

1. What kind of camera do you use?

I use a Canon Rebel x5 EOS 1000D and a Nikon D40.

2. Where did you get that item in your post?

I list all the items I’m wearing in each outfit post under the second photo.

3.  What are your  favorite places to shop?

I’m an all around the town kind of shopper but some of my favorite places are Zara, Topshop, Opening Ceremony, Shopbop, Net-a-porter, eBay, the Outnet, Nasty Gal and Madewell. You can also check out my local favorite shops in my “local jaunts” posts.

4. Who takes your pictures?

All of the pictures of me are taken by my friends, the rest of the photos are taken by me unless otherwise noted.

5. Can we exchange links?

I love finding out about new blogs but reserve the “linky love” section of my blog for current favorites. But please feel free to share your blog with me!

6. What made you start blogging?

I was unhappy with my job at the time and wanted a place where I could document and discuss the things that I love and inspire me.

7. What kind of dog is Finn?

I love all the interest in Finn! Finn is a mutt and I have yet to do any kind of DNA testing. However, I am told that he is a mix of a long haired dachshund, Tibetan spaniel and King Charles spaniel.

8. Where are you from?

I was born and raised in San Francisco, California. I moved to New York after graduating college.

9. How do you get your hair so wavy?

My hair is naturally wavy but I put Moroccanoil Hydrating Cream in it everyday. Tutorial coming soon though!

10. What are your recommendations for an aspiring blogger?

Just start! Update frequently, only post what you truly love and connect with your readers and other bloggers. You never know where it will take you and that’s half the fun!
